Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security

We apply layered security across every part of the account lifecycle — from the moment you enter your UPI details to the point your withdrawal clears.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal fields — name, mobile, email, payment references — are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Backups are stored on isolated servers that are not accessible from the public internet.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings; declining analytics cookies will not affect account access.

Payment Data Handling

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction references are stored only for the duration required to reconcile your account balance and comply with applicable financial regulations in India. They are never shared with marketing partners.

Account Security Practices

We enforce two-step verification on login from a new device and send an SMS alert to your registered number whenever a withdrawal is initiated. If you receive an alert you did not trigger, contact us immediately via live chat.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. If you close your account, identifiable personal data is purged within 90 days, except where a legal obligation requires us to hold transaction records for longer.

Requesting Changes or Deletion

You can correct your name or email directly in Account Settings. To request full deletion, email [email protected] or use the in-account Privacy & Data tool. We will confirm completion within 30 days of a verified request.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and, at the point of deposit or withdrawal, the payment reference for your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transaction. No additional documents are requested unless identity verification is triggered by a transaction threshold.

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with payment processors (such as the UPI or Paytm gateway) strictly to complete your transaction, and with fraud-detection services that help protect your account from unauthorised access.

Identifiable personal data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Transaction logs may be retained longer where Indian financial regulations require it, but they are held in an isolated archive and not linked to your personal profile after deletion.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings, and select 'Privacy & Data' to generate a downloadable file of your stored account and transaction data. Alternatively, email [email protected] and we will prepare the file within seven business days.

Submit a deletion request through the 'Privacy & Data' section in your account settings, or email [email protected] from your registered address. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days, except where a legal retention requirement applies.

Payment references are tokenised before storage, meaning we never hold your actual UPI PIN, Paytm password or PhonePe credentials. Only the transaction token needed to reconcile your account balance is kept, and it is encrypted at rest.
